Once the approval documents have been submitted and positively reviewed by the authorities, the project is made publicly available. This step ensures that all stakeholders and affected parties are informed about the project's progress and potential impacts. During this period, they have the opportunity to file objections with the respective authority if they have concerns or reservations.
In the case of objections, discussions may be required to seek compromises and consider the various perspectives. The authority will work to resolve differences and find a mutually acceptable solution.
At the end of this phase, the authorities grant the construction permit to the grid operator or energy provider, provided all requirements are met. Alternatively, additional conditions may be imposed, which must be integrated into the project planning to address the concerns and interests of all parties and achieve the best possible outcome.
FGS supports you during this phase as well, striving to provide you with the best possible solutions.
